Permanent, full-time; $25.00 per hour plus a 50% discount on meals and drinks from the store; 40 hours per week.

Job Description

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff;
• Check and maintain inventory;
• Order products as required;
• Set up store display and ensure products are accurately labeled;
• Process orders and payments;
• Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints;
• Maintain an organized, clean, and functional store environment;
• Perform key holding and managerial duties, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required;
• At least 1 year of previous work experience in retail sales;
• Previous experience in supervising is an asset;
• English language ability is required.
