Job Description:
Arctic Insulation Inc. is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Labourers and Helpers. This is an excellent opportunity for newcomers to Canada who are looking to build a future in the construction industry. No prior experience is required—we’re ready to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Assist with moving equipment and materials on site
Remove rubble and debris from construction sites
Support tradespeople as needed

Work Conditions:
Outdoor job sites

Occasional confined spaces
Fast-paced, physically demanding work
Must be able to follow instructions and work with attention to detail

Qualifications:
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Basic English communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or those with a valid work permit)
