Job Description

Duties

Assist mechanics with routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Cleaning trucks, floors and tools.
Help diagnose mechanical issues by observing and learning from experienced technicians.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
Support the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components under the guidance of senior mechanics.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your mechanical knowledge and skills.


Skills:
Basic understanding of mechanical principles is preferred but not required.
Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with good communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
