Skookum Scaffolding Ltd. is looking for a full-time Construction Worker in 1546 Derwent Way, Delta, BC V3M 6M4, Canada. There are eight (8) positions available.

Hours of work average 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Overtime pay after 40 hours). The pay rate is $36.60 per hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed secondary school. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience is required.

Job Description

Main duties are as follows, but not limited to:

-Load and unload construction materials, and move heavy materials to work areas
-Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, shoring required at construction sites
-Assist tradespersons such as carpenters, scaffolders, etc., in construction activities
-Track the scaffold material inventory used on-site
-Assist the tradesman in erecting scaffolding
-Place poly or netting over/around scaffold structures as required
-Operate machines or equipment used in construction, such as compressors
-Clean up the site and remove any hazardous materials
-Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
