• Provide first-line support to users experiencing hardware or software issues
• Grant and manage user access to computer networks and systems
• Offer technical advice and training to users
• Set up and configure workstations, operating systems, and required software
• Ensure proper installation of cables and networking hardware
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support

Technical Skills & Specializations
• iOS, Mac OS
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Networking (hardware, software, security)
• Servers and communication software
• Desktop applications and troubleshooting

Requirements
• Must have internet access and a personal computer
• Basic security clearance
• Own transportation and vehicle (for hybrid work)
