Cooks may perform some or all of the following duties:

- Prepare and Cook Meals
- Check inventory levels of ingredients and maintain sufficient supply
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed in the kitchen.

Employment requirements:

- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience or equivalent educational credentials are required.
