Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: 1-to-2-year college diploma in business, marketing or related field
Experience: 2 years to 3 years of experience required for the job

Specific Skills:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel services and packages to target audiences.
• Create and manage content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the office team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring consistent messaging and promotional offers.
• Design and produce brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and other promotional materials to advertise travel packages and services.
• Regularly update and maintain the agency's website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data and performance metrics.
• Organize and promote events, webinars, and special promotions to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through personalized communications and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
