The Spa Manager may perform some or all of the following duties:
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising technicians and front desk staff.
• Ensuring team members maintain professional standards and certifications.
• Handling client inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Ensuring a high-quality, relaxing, and consistent customer experience.
• Ordering and tracking products like nail polish, wax, skincare items, and tools.
• Managing vendor relationships and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Managing budgets, payroll, and daily cash flow.
• Monitoring sales, setting pricing, and running promotions.
• Enforcing hygiene standards and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Overseeing regular cleaning and sterilization of tools and workspaces.
• Running social media accounts, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborating with influencers or local businesses
• Ensuring to provide spa services in case of staff shortage
• Overseeing booking systems and ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Training staff on POS and CRM systems.
• Ensuring the spa meets all local laws, safety codes, and licensing requirements.
• Keeping up with industry regulations and trends.
• Monitoring service delivery to ensure consistency and excellence.
Employment requirements:
- A college diploma or vocational certificate in the subject of instruction may be required.
- One to two years of experience in the service being offered are usually required.
- Completion of secondary school is usually required.

Located at 3030 2 Ave W B, Prince Albert, SK S6V 7V5, Lake Country Skin Care & Medi Spa is seeking to fill one (1) position of SPA MANAGER (NOC 60040). Position will be full time permanent position (37.5 to 40 hrs week) with a starting wage of $18.42 hr. Vacation paid at 5.77%.
