Business and Work Location: 11- 2121 Trans Canada Hwy E, Kamloops, BC, Canada, V2C 4A6
Terms of Employment: Permanent Position / Full-Time (30-40 hours per week) / Shift
Vacancy: 1
Wage: $24.00 - $39.00 per hour (Depends on Experience)
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job duties:
1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
2. Clean kitchen and work areas
3. Determine the size of food portions and costs
4. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
5. Order supplies and equipment
6. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
7. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization

Job Requirement:
• Language of Work: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year
