Job Duties and Requirements:
• Supervise daily operations of dine-in, takeout, catering, and banquet services.
• Manage and schedule staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality and service standards.
• Oversee inventory and order food and supplies as needed.
• Coordinate catering and event services in the banquet hall.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are followed.
• Manage cash, billing, and daily sales reports.
• Assist in promotions and improving customer experience.
• Hire and train staff
