Ramen Isshin Management Inc is seeking a Head Cook to join our team.

Permanent, full-time; 40-44 hours per week; $21.75 per hour. Plus bonus available based on performance.

Standard 8-8.8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10:00am and 12:30am as required.

Job Description

Duties:
- Cook everything on the menu;
- Cook ramen broth with special house recipe;
- Create new recipes for ramen soup and other kitchen food;
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
- Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese cuisine techniques, and other matters.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
- English language ability is required;
- Japanese language ability is an asset.
