Job Duties and Requirements:
• Supervise staff and assign daily duties.
• Ensure food is prepared and served safely and properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure good service.
• Train new staff on food safety and service standards.
• Order and manage inventory of food and supplies.
• Make work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
