Job Description

Assist with personal hygiene: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Support with mobility and prescribed exercises

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning

Provide companionship and emotional support

Administer medications as directed

Monitor and report changes in the client’s health condition
