Job Description

Wash and peel vegetables and fruit.
Wash worktables, cupboards, and appliances.
Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, buffet station, and waste disposal units.
Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
Sweep and mop floors and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
