COMPANY OVERVIEW: D&L Mold Inc. is a mold finishing company located in Windsor, Ontario. They are a part of the manufacturing industry which finishes molds with welding, spotting and handwork. The molds they work on produce plastic injection parts such as truck and automobile parts. They are seeking one Bookkeeper (NOC 12200) for their business operations. This position is crucial in ensuring legally and smoothly business transaction management.

JOB TITLE: Bookkeeper Position (NOC 12200)

LOCATION: 1610 Askin Ave, Windsor, ON, N9B 3S3 Canada

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
VACANCIES: 1
WAGE: $25.75 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 35 to 40 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Warehouse

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare tax returns
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience is required.
• Proficiency in Accounting software and MS Office tools (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word) is essential.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• English language is required;
