Vacancy: 1 Restaurant Manager
Wage: $26.50 - $30.00 per hour (Depends on Experience)
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay

Job Requirement:
Language: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years related to hotel, motel, and restaurant management orrestaurant/foodservices management OR equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Description

Job duties:
1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
2. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
3. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
4. Conduct performance reviews
5. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
6. Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
7. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
8. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
9. Develop, implement and analyze budgets
10. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
11. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
12. Address customers' complaints or concerns
13. Provide customer service
14. Recruit, train and supervise staff
15. Produce reports
