Santouka Kamei Canada Foods Ltd. (dba Hokkaido Ramen Santouka) is seeking two Head Cooks for three locations.

Permanent, full-time (30-40 hours per week), $34.62 per hour. Plus extended health and bonus are available based on sales performance.

Standard 6-8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 8am and 12am as required.

2. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka, 558 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 1E9;

Job Description

Duties:
- Cook everything on the menu;
- Create ramen soup bases;
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
- Maintain a clean kitchen;
- Supervise all food preparation;
- Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese ramen techniques, and other matters.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
- Previous experience with Japanese Ramen cuisine is an asset;
- English language ability required;
- Japanese language ability is an asset.
