Wabukuro Enterprise Inc. (dba Nin Nin) is seeking a Head Cook for our Vancouver location.

Full-time, permanent; $34.62 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus is available depending on sales performance.
Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9:00am and 7:30pm as required.

Job Description

Duties:
• Prepare ingredients;
• Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
• Cook everything on the menu;
• Prepare bento boxes and other Japanese food items;
• Supervise kitchen staff;
• Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese cuisine techniques, and other matters.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial cook;
• English language ability required;
• Japanese language ability is an asset.
