Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Permanent, full-time; 40 hours per week; $28 per hour. Standard 8 hour shifts for this position. Must be flexible and available to work on weekends. Extended Health and Dental benefits are available to full-time workers after 3 months of probation.

Job Description
Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate daily beverage preparation activities, promote operational efficiency, and ensure standards of quality are met;
• Manage inventory levels, place orders for equipment repair, supply, and ingredients replenishment;
• Keep records such as the amount and cost of beverages, sales, and wastage;
• Recruit and train new employees on customer service, store operations, menu items, health, safety, and hygiene standards;
• Train new staff in beverage preparation and conduct work performance evaluations;
• Oversee duties and responsibilities of baristas;
• Oversee proper cash management and cash register policies;
• Prepare and implement marketing and promotional events;
• Establish and manage team schedules and shift assignments;
• Resolve customer issues and make improvements on beverage flavours;
• Ensure our company culture is consistent with the company’s values, mission, and vision.

Qualifications:
• Secondary school completion required;
• Must have completed a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR at least 2 years of experience in food preparation or service;
• Previous experience in supervising is an asset;
• English language ability required.
