Newlands Golf & Country Club is looking for full time Pastry Cook at 21025 48 Ave, Langley, BC V3A 3M3, Canada. There is 1 position available.

Hours of work are an average of 30 hours per week. Pay is $54,500 annual salary. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed secondary school. Minimum work experience is 2 years hands on experience.

Job Description

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for guests as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May set up and oversee buffets
• May clean kitchen and work area
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• May hire and train kitchen staff.
