Position: Cook

Wage: $ 16.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, and tempura, according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively to maintain the restaurant’s reputation for high-quality meals.
- Monitor ingredient inventory, order supplies, and ensure freshness and proper storage of all food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations to ensure food safety.
- Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials, contributing to the overall dining experience.
