Job Description

The 101 Brewhouse + Distillery, located at 1009 Gibsons Way, Gibsons BC, pia@the101ca. is looking for energetic individuals to join our Kitchen Team for evening and Saturday and Sunday shifts:
• Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Ability to prepare and cook the food as per the specifications with no supervision during slow shifts
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Assist management and waitstaff as required, especially during peak hours
• Escalate major issues when necessary (e.g. safety risks, equipment failure)
• Other duties as requested
