Job Details
Little Caesars in Nanaimo is looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor for our store location at 6338 Metral Drive, Nanaimo, BC V9T 2L8. This is a full-time position with 8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be performing all the duties described below:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Job Description
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience and/or customer service experience
• Availability to work a variety of hours, which may include weekends, evenings, early morning shifts and holidays
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English effectively
• Basic math skills to handle cash and financial reports
• Completion of High School or Diploma required

Specific Skills:

Determine staffing requirements; Manage staff and assign duties; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Recruit, hire and/or volunteers; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

Work conditions and Physical capabilities:

Fast paced environment; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; requirement to be able to lift and walk.

What we offer:

• $18.75/hr
• 4% Vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
