Job Description
* Plan and implement new programs.
* Organize the training, scheduling, and performance management of program staff.
* Communicate with staff, stakeholders, and program participants.
* Monitor the success of programs and prepare monthly status reports.
* Manage confidential files relevant to programs.
* Participate in fundraising efforts and submit funding grants.
* Support clients from intake to completion of our program, including coordinating client engagement with mentors, running programming events, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure client needs are met.
* Implement internal client tracking processes to update and monitor client activity and engagement.
* Grow our client portfolio by assisting in recruiting clients, screening applications, and administering the contracting process.
* Oversee the administration, coordination, and execution of client programs, including assisting with client metric collection and government reporting.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute incubator/accelerator events.
* Coordinate office services, covering accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
