Job Details

Job duties:
• Supervise workers who inspect incoming shipments of produce for quality and
labeling,
• Coordinate and schedule workers activities to meet work schedules,
• Monitor inventory levels in real time and report any shortages that will impact
production as manufacturing cold pressed juice is a time sensitive process,
• Prepare requisitions for materials and supplies,
• Prepare production and other reports,
• Establish methods for quality control and special projects such as shelf-life
studies to improve productivity and product quality,
• Train staff in job duties, safety/hygienic/sanitation procedures, and company
policies,
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
• Sign off on quality control taste parameters

Job Description

Education:
• Completion of secondary school

Requirements:
• Must have prior experience as beverages quality control/tester in Canada (1 year
minimum or more),
• Must have operational knowledge of English (CLB 4+),
• Must have positive attitude and work well in a team environment,
• Must have excellent problem-solving abilities,
• Must demonstrate the ability strictly follow quality testing protocols,
• Good housekeeping skills is strong asset.
