Nagomi Project Ltd. (dba Shizenya) is seeking an Assistant Cook.
Permanent, full-time, $17.80/per hour, 30-40 hours per week. Bonus based on sales performance.
Standard 6-8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10am and 11pm as required.

Job Description

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients;
- Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu);
- Supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a commercial cook;
- English language ability is required;
- Japanese language ability is an asset.
