Job Description
Specific Skills:
o Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
o Handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain communication with clients regarding their immigration cases.
o Organize and maintain accurate records of client files, legal documents, and immigration forms.
o Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and supporting documentation.
o Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support senior management with administrative tasks.
o Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement needs.
o Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations in handling client information.
o Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
