Position: Automation Technician (Full-Time)

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Automation Technician to support our automated systems and equipment. This onsite position requires technical expertise in automation technology to maintain and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain automated systems and machinery.
Perform diagnostics and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and software components.
Conduct regular maintenance to reduce system downtime and ensure reliability.
Collaborate with team members to optimize automation processes and system performance.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for troubleshooting and system improvements.
Stay informed about advancements in automation technology to recommend and implement upgrades.
Qualifications:

College diploma in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience in automation systems is an asset but not mandatory.
Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and related control systems is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite and communicate effectively with the team.
