This position is permanent, full-time; 30 hours per week; $35.00 per hour.

Job Description
Duties:
- Review and assess arborist reports and tree management plans for accuracy, compliance with local bylaws, and alignment with environmental best practices;
- Establish work priorities, and monitor project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring deadlines are tracked and resources are allocated efficiently;
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the executive team, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes;
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, receipts and related materials in both electronic and paper formats.
- Act as a liaison between the company, regulatory authorities, and clients by facilitating communication and assisting with the submission of permits and documentation;
- Maintain and organize critical records such as arborist reports, tree inventories, and project files, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for internal and external stakeholders;
- Support the executive team in implementing sustainability initiatives by assisting with risk assessments and tracking Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies.

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required;
- A minimum of 1 year of office administration experience is required;
- Knowledge of Arboriculture is an asset;
- Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Able to handle work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment;
- English language ability is required.
