Sibwest Inc. is looking for full time Construction Worker at 1495 Bonhill Road Unit 12, Mississauga, Ontario, L5T 1M2. There are 5 positions available.

Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Pay is $28.39/hour (Overtime rate of $42.59 after 40 hours per week). Successful candidates must speak English and no education required. No experience required, additional on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Job Description

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

-Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
-Assist tradespersons such as carpenters, bricklayers, cement finishers, roofers and glaziers in construction activities
-Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
-Lay out, form, Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt on flours in various finishes and pour footings -with rebar
-Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers and other power tools as directed
-Complete work in a timely manner with a quality outcome
-Maintain an organized and safe work area
-Communicate and problem-solve well with others and strive for quality outcomes.
-Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
