Lekker Foods Distributors Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday), $25 per hour.

Job Description
Duties:
- Provide backup support to the Richmond Warehouse Assistant and Payroll;
- Perform Administrative duties and occasional HR tasks;
- Monitor and maintain office equipment;
- Assist with monitoring Fleet Maintenance;
- Provide general support within the Richmond office;
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, and other documents as necessary;
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material;
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
- HR experience an asset;
- High proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Proficient keyboarding skills;
- Organized, orderly, efficient, and accurate;
- Attention to detail essential;
- Multitask, prioritize and cope with interruptions;
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant;
- English language ability is required.
