Position: Cook

Wage: $17.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, especially traditional Asian cuisine, following standardized recipes and portion controls.
2. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and readily available; monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock items.
3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by adhering to food safety and sanitation standards; ensure all cooking equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
4. Assist in developing and updating menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences to enhance the dining experience.
5. Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders, and provide guidance to junior staff as needed.
