Position: Kitchen helper

Wage: $15.00 to 16.00 hourly (To be negotiated)/30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Assist the cook in preparing ingredients by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and making sauces according to recipes.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the cook or manager when supplies need to be replenished.
- Help in cooking simple menu items under the direction of the cook to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
