We, Canapro International Ltd., are looking for a permanent, full-time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Position: Marketing Specialist (NOC 11202)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Hourly Wage: $35 per hour, 30 – 40 hours per week
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 1001 1st St SE, Calgary, AB T2G 5G3
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Analyze and research market using statistical techniques on the latest market trend and technology
• Make charts, graphs, infographics, and other visual aids to present the information of research
• Take the role of primary contact for external partners, agencies, contractors and other vendors
• Work with web designers and content providers to optimize the content on the company website
• Prepare and organize meetings, workshops and conferences to present and promote products and service provided by the company
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of the annual marketing calendar
• Gather information and feedback from the clients after sale to provide ongoing support and apply to the new marketing strategy
• Manage the daily relationship with our partners, ensuring that they adhere to the most competitive price and service
• Be up to date on all market trends and internal changes, anticipating risks and opportunities and putting the right measures in place to mitigate and enhance any possible financial impact
• Prepare and review reports on a regular basis regarding marketing plans and strategies, client feedback, promotions and advertising
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• College diploma or university degree in economics, commerce, business, marketing or public administration or a related field (OR equivalent experience)
• Several (2 or more) years of work experience in a similar role
• Strong organization and great written and oral communication skills
• Familiar with MS office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
• Well organized, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills; Client focus; Team player
