Salary: $25.10 to $27.00 hourly (Depends on experience)

Working hours: from 09:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties
1. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
2. Determine and establish off ice procedures and routines
3. Schedule and confirm appointments
4. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
5. Answer electronic enquiries
6. Compile data, statistics and other information
7. Order off ice supplies and maintain inventory
8. Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
9. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
10. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
11. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
12. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
13. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
