Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and point of sale cashiers .
• Assign duties to the sales staff, maintain scheduling, ensure store is operating during retail hours .
• Authorize payments via cheque and the return of merchandise .
• Sell, service, and promote wireless products to customers.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages .
• Maintain specified inventory and order hardware and merchandising gear.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Arrange for the training of new sales staff.
