Job Description:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and point of sale cashiers.
- Assign duties to the sales staff, maintain scheduling, ensure store is operating during retail hours.
- Authorize payments via cheque and the return of merchandise.
-Sell, service, and promote wireless products to customers.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Maintain specified inventory and order hardware and merchandising gear.
-Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Arrange for the training of new sales staff.
