Education, skills and experience required:
- Completion of secondary school
- Several years’ experience of food preparation in commercial environment

Language: Communication skills in English

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/hour (depends on experience and/or qualifications), plus tips/gratuities, staff discount, 4% vacation pay

Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals and foods on the menu according to customer’s orders
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean the kitchen and all kitchen equipment
- Supervise kitchen helpers
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Perform regular inventory counts and report shortages to supervisor or manager
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area
