Experience: 3 year to less than 5 years

Supervision: 3 to 4 people

Area of work experience: Design, Software development, Project implementation, Information technology (IT) service delivery, Management
Product development, Quality assurance or control

Peronal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Organized

Tasks:

Plan and control budget and expenditures

Supervise staff

Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems

Authorize the development of specifications for products or services

Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
