The Opportunity
The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for the overall operation of the gas station as well as the sale of fuel /automotive products and convenience store merchandise.

The key skill requirements are as follows:
• Must possess exceptional negotiation, judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and listening skills.
• Must consistently demonstrate punctuality and be available to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must exhibit a strong commitment to ethics, integrity, accountability, and dependability in a collaborative teamwork environment.
• Must be adept at multitasking and capable of thriving in a friendly team setting with minimal supervision.
• Must excel in high-pressure environments and have the ability to supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.

Job duties
• Train, and oversee staff, while effectively planning and organizing daily operations and managing product orders.
• Be capable of working flexible shifts and providing coverage in the absence of an employee.
• Proficiently utilize Microsoft Word and Excel, with an excellent understanding of spreadsheets, electronic scheduling systems, inventory control, and point of sale systems.
• Responsible for providing comprehensive training on the proper sale and redemption of restricted products (e.g., tobacco, lottery), ensuring compliance with age requirements by requesting appropriate identification from customers.

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess personal transportation for commuting purposes.
• Must be capable of providing references and/or a police clearance certificate if applicable.
• Must have the ability to lift and bend, with a maximum weight limit of 50 lb.
• Preferred qualifications include customer service and/or retail experience.
• Maintain a professional demeanor consistently throughout shifts.
• Demonstrate exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
