Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service to customers
- Approach with the best possible solutions when encountered with potential conflicts/issues, such as customer complaints
- Maintain the quality of food/customer services
- Establish and coordinate work shifts/schedules of staff
- Supervise the work activities of staff in food and beverage serving/preparation
- Perform daily inventory counts and recordkeeping of both necessary and wasted supplies/stock
- Estimate and places orders to the vendors for required food ingredients and other related supplies
- Make effort to eliminate and minimize any unnecessary expenses
- Maintain sanitary environment and excellent food and service
- Assist in the process of hiring/recruitment and the development of restaurant procedures, when required
- Train new staff in job duties, workplace safety and sanitation, etc.

- Fast paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing and walking, Standing for extended period of time
Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Completion of high school education
- At least 1-2 years of previous work experience in food service industry
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Flexibility; Organized; Team player; Reliability
Wage
- Salary: $17.50 to 18.00 per hour for 30-40 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
