Job Description

Specific Skills
1. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth store functioning, including inventory management and staff coordination.
2. Supervise and train employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining high standards of customer service.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability and prevent shortages.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and store policies.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
6. Prepare sales reports and assist in budgeting, analyzing performance metrics to improve store efficiency.
