Rainbow Market is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the team in Prince Rupert.

Permanent, full-time; $23.85 per hour plus a 50% discount on meals and drinks from the store; 40 hours per
week.

Job Description

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff;
- Check and maintain inventory; order products as required;
- Set up store display and ensure products are accurately labeled;
- Process orders and payments;
- Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints;
- Maintain an organized, clean, and functional store environment;
- Perform key holding and managerial duties, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

Requirements:

- Completion of secondary school is required;
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in retail sales;
- Previous experience in supervising is an asset;
- English language ability is required.
