Job Description
Duties:
- Organize and maintain files, databases, records, and/or other documents by category to ensure proper
documentation;
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, receipts and related materials in both electronic and paper formats;
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages;
- Schedule appointments and meetings;
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, fax messages, and/or deliveries to the appropriate department;
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, including inventory, ordering and purchasing;
- Determine and establish office procedures;
- Provide training for new staff.
Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required;
- Minimum of one-year administrative related experience is required;
- Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Able to handle work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment;
- English language ability is required.
