Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: $21.63 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:

-Supervision and direction of Depot staff ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient production that meets or exceeds performance standards as set out by Regional Recycling.
-Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures for the Bottle Depot are followed, including accurate shipping and inventory documentation.
-Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and other equipment inspections and maintenance as scheduled or required, ensuring security of company assets.
-Provide excellent customer service and ability to resolve customer conflicts
-Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-Organize and distribute staff work schedules
-Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
