Job requirements:

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, 20/20 Vision, Hand-eye Co-ordination and Attention to detail
Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Judgement and Reliability.
Credentials: Air Brakes endorsement, First Aid Certificate and Driver’s Licence (Class 2 or B or C)

Job Description

Specific Skills:
• Operate buses, school busses or streetcars to transport passengers
• Report delays, mechanical problems and accidents
• Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures
• Complete logbooks and reports
• Ensure children's safety when boarding and leaving buses and crossing street while bus is stopped
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
