DUNSMUIR UDON #1 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP O/A MARUGAME UDON is looking for full-time food service supervisor to join our busy team!

Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full time (30 to 40 hours per week)
Vacancy: 2
Hourly wage: $20
Location: 589 Beatty St, Vancouver, BC V6B 6A3
Expected Start Date: ASAP

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the food and services delivered meet quality control standards as per Alberta Health Services;
- Supervise on food and services related matters, including scheduling and work assigning;
- Assist in customer issues and provide excellent customer services on a daily basis;
- Estimate and order supplies and to provide efficient restaurant service when needed;
- Obtain and maintain stocks, repairs, sales and wastage records;
- Organize daily opening or closing activities, including cleaning, dishwashing, food storage refilling, etc.;
- Follow sanitation guidelines;
- Assist in the training of new employees.
- Other duties assigned by the manager/owner

Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Secondary school (senior high) graduation; Additional education in a related field as an asset
- More than 7 months of work experience in food service industry
- Strong organization and communication skills;
- Team player; Flexibility; Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills
