Simply Pho You is a small Vietnamese food restaurant located in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. WE are currently operating on a take-out basis only however the restaurant has a small dining room which will reopen when we are fully staffed. We are looking for a second cook with experience in Vietnamese cuisine to join our team.

Job Description

Main duties include:
Preparing food items (cleaning, cutting various food products)
Cook menu items and package for take-out
Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies
Cleanand sanitize cooking equipment and work area, as per protocols
Help to estimate and to plan for orders of food and supplies
Assist in planning menu and food portion sizes, assist with costing of menu items
Assist in developing new menu items on occasion
