Position: Cook

Wage: $17.50 to 20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
1. Prepare and cook food of the restaurant on the regular menu
2. Order and receive ingredients such as raw materials and dry goods.
3. Maintain accurate food inventories
4. Perform operating procedures
5. Inspect and clean food preparation areas as determined by law and restaurant policy
6. Maintain utensils in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use
7. Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines
