Job Description

Specific Skills:
• Prepare and cook food dishes like curries, breads, tandoori items, sea food, appetizers including Indo Chinese items, etc.
• Work with food equipment like oven, deep fryers, dosa grill, stove, grinder, mixer etc.
• Plan menus, verify food portion size, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
• Make gravies, sauces, chutneys.
• Inspect work area and oversee kitchen operations.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Assist new kitchen staff in food preparation.
• Follow sanitation procedures and ensure cleanliness of food preparation areas.
